 Surprise your guests from these tasty treats🍑πŸͺπŸŽ„πŸŽ…πŸŽ† ! PEANUT BUTTER SNOW BALLS Ingredients 1cup sugar 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 3tbsp of butter, softened Melted white chocolate Sprinkles 1). In a bowl, combine the sugar, peanut butter and butter. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes or until the mixture is easy to handle. Shape into 1-in. balls and place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm. 2). Dip each ball in melted white chocolate and place on waxed paper to harden. If desired, sprinkle with chopped peanuts. See you in my next post, bye bye!πŸ‘‹

Log cake  Ingredients  egg whites sugar egg yolks  oil  yoghurt flour  cocoa powder  melted chocolate  1). Beat egg whites and sugar. Make a smooth batter and add egg yolks , cooking oil and yoghurt . Beat . 2). Add flour , cocoa powder and melted chocolate . Mix it. Pour into a baking tray. Bake 180c in 30 minutes . 3).Take it out from the tray and apply buttercream as below πŸ‘‡.  4). Roll it and decorate as a log. Enjoy ! See you in my next post ,bye bye!

KASHMIRI PINK TEA

  Ingredients 5 cups of milk 3 packets of green tea 2 cardamoms 4-5 cloves Cinnamon 1tsp of baking  soda 1/2 cup of Ice cold  water Sugar 1). In a medium sized pan pour 4 cups of water and add 3 packets of green tea, 2 cardamom, 4-5  cloves, cinnamon, half star anise. Bring it to a boil.  2). When Bubbles are forming  add 1tsp of baking soda. aerate the mixture using a ladle for 10-12 minutes cook until reduced into a half. Pour 1/2 cup of Ice cold water . Cook for 5 minutes (keep aeration). Check the color of it as below.(Strain it you can store it in the fridge in an airtight pot for 2 weeks) 3). In another bowl, Pour 1 cup of milk . Boil the milk  and pour 2/3 of milk into your serving glass. Niw add 3 tbsp of the tea mixture into the milk and add sugar to taste.
