DALGONA COFFEE

Dalgona coffee is a whipped coffee drink made with instant coffee, sugar, water and milk. Also known as "whipped coffee " , "forthy coffee" or "fluffy coffee". 

 

INGREDIENTS 

▪2 tbsp granulated sugar

▪2 tbsp instant coffee

▪2 tbsp cold water  

▪Milk for serving

Servings - 1-2 servings 


1). In a medium bowl, combine sugar, coffee and water. Beat them together until mixture turns silky smooth. Then continue beating until it thickens , fluffy and foamy shape ( If you whisk by hand it will take 10-15 minutes to get the fluffiness) 


2). Fill a glass with milk and ice (optional) , then drop the whipped coffee mixture on top. Mix before drink, to get the perfect taste. 


(Instead of cold water and ice you can use warm water and milk , it makes this much tastier)

Ingredients  butter 1tbsp powder sugar 2tbsp vanilla 1/2tsp corn flour 1/4cup  all purpose flour 2tbsp milk powder 2tbsp baking powder 1/4tsp.  milk 1-2tsp.  1). In a bowl, mix butter and powder sugar until it becomes fluffy like a cream. Now add corn flour, flour, milk powder and baking powder to the butter and sugar mixture . Mix it well. 2). Add vanilla and milk . Mix it well. Make dough. Make mini balls. Brush oil in a baking tray and keep the mini balls on the tray.  3).  Surprise your guests from these tasty treats🍡🍪🎄🎅🎆 ! PEANUT BUTTER SNOW BALLS Ingredients 1cup sugar 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 3tbsp of butter, softened Melted white chocolate Sprinkles 1). In a bowl, combine the sugar, peanut butter and butter. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes or until the mixture is easy to handle. Shape into 1-in. balls and place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
