MINI MILK COOKIES

Ingredients 

  • butter 1tbsp
  • powder sugar 2tbsp
  • vanilla 1/2tsp
  • corn flour 1/4cup 
  • all purpose flour 2tbsp
  • milk powder 2tbsp
  • baking powder 1/4tsp. 
  • milk 1-2tsp. 
1). In a bowl, mix butter and powder sugar until it becomes fluffy like a cream. Now add corn flour, flour, milk powder and baking powder to the butter and sugar mixture . Mix it well.


2). Add vanilla and milk . Mix it well. Make dough. Make mini balls. Brush oil in a baking tray and keep the mini balls on the tray. 


3). Bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 20-30 minutes. 

Now our mini milk cookies are ready. You can serve . Enjoy!🍪🍪

ONION RINGS

INGREDIENTS  ▪Onion  ▪Flour  ▪1/4 baking powder  ▪salt ▪pepper powder  ▪chili powder  ▪breadcrumbs  ▪an egg  ▪fresh milk  ▪oil 1). Slice the onion and separate the rings. Keep aside. In a small bowl mix flour, baking powder, salt, pepper powder and chili powder. Coat the onion rings in the flour mixture until they are fully coated. Keep the rings aside. Mix the egg and milk into the flour mixture. Dip the rings in the egg and milk mixture , keep the rings in a wire rack until it stop dripping. Spread some breadcrumbs on a plate and place the rings on breadcrumbs.  2). Deep fry the rings in a heated oil (185°c)  for 2-3 minutes  (until golden brown). Keep the fried rings on paper towels to drain and serve. See you in my next post bye bye 👋
