Log cake 



Ingredients 

  • egg whites
  • sugar
  • egg yolks 
  • oil 
  • yoghurt
  • flour 
  • cocoa powder 
  • melted chocolate 
1). Beat egg whites and sugar. Make a smooth batter and add egg yolks , cooking oil and yoghurt . Beat .

2). Add flour , cocoa powder and melted chocolate . Mix it. Pour into a baking tray. Bake 180c in 30 minutes .

3).Take it out from the tray and apply buttercream as below 👇. 

4). Roll it and decorate as a log. Enjoy !

Italian Hot Chocolate Recipe

 Ingredients 2 tbsp of cocoa powder 3 tbsp of granulated sugar 1 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp of milk  1 tbsp of cornstarch 1/2 tsp of vanilla 1/2 cup of dark chocolate(chopped) Method 1). Sift  the cocoa powder into a small bowl . Add sugar and whisk it to combine. In another small bowl , mix the one  tbsp of milk with cornstarch and stir to combine.  2). Place a pot on the stove and heat it up to high. Pour the remaining 1 1/2 cups of milk and reduce the heat once it starts to boil. Pour the cornstarch and the cocoa mixtures. Stir to combine. 3). Add the vanilla extract and the dark chopped chocolate. Stir for 2-3 minutes on low heat.  4). Turn off the heat and wait until it cools before pouring the thick hot chocolate in your favorite mug🍫🍵. You can serve with marshmallows 😋. Enjoy!

LIME CUSTARD SLICE (12pcs)

INGREDIENTS ⦁ 250g plain sweet biscuits ⦁ 120g butter,melted ⦁ 1/3cup (40g) custard powder ⦁ 1 cup (40g) castor sugar ⦁ 1/2cup (60g) corn flour ⦁ 3cups (750ml) milk ⦁ 1cuo (250ml) lemon juice ⦁ 60g butteer ⦁ 3 egg yolks ⦁ whipped cream and chocolate curls to derve 1. Line a 8*12 inch shallow tin with a nonstick b.paper, overhanging two opposite sides. 2, Finely  crush the biscuits in a food processor. Add the melted butter amd mix well.npress firmly into the tin and refridgerate while making the filling. 3. Put the custard powder,sugar and dcornflour in a pan. Mix the milk and lime juice with 3/4 cup of water and gradually stir into the pan. Stir over medium heat for 5mins, or until custard boils and thickens.Remove from the Heat and cool a little. Whisk in the butter and egg yolk.  4. Pour over the base and chill for 2-3 hours. Decorate with the whipped cream and chocolate to serve. Enjoy! See you in my next post, bye bye!👋
