PEANUT BUTTER SNOW BALLS


Ingredients

  • 1cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 3tbsp of butter, softened
  • Melted white chocolate
  • Sprinkles

1). In a bowl, combine the sugar, peanut butter and butter. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes or until the mixture is easy to handle. Shape into 1-in. balls and place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet. Freeze for 30 minutes or until firm.

2). Dip each ball in melted white chocolate and place on waxed paper to harden. If desired, sprinkle with chopped peanuts.

MINI MILK COOKIES

Ingredients  butter 1tbsp powder sugar 2tbsp vanilla 1/2tsp corn flour 1/4cup  all purpose flour 2tbsp milk powder 2tbsp baking powder 1/4tsp.  milk 1-2tsp.  1). In a bowl, mix butter and powder sugar until it becomes fluffy like a cream. Now add corn flour, flour, milk powder and baking powder to the butter and sugar mixture . Mix it well. 2). Add vanilla and milk . Mix it well. Make dough. Make mini balls. Brush oil in a baking tray and keep the mini balls on the tray.  3). Bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 20-30 minutes.  Now our mini milk cookies are ready. You can serve . Enjoy!🍪🍪 See you in my next post , good bye !👋👋
