Microwaved Chocolate chip cookie

 

Ingredients 

  • 2tbsp of butter 
  • 1 tbsp of brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder 
  • 1/8 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla 
  • 3 tbsp of flour
  • 2 tbsp of Chocolate chips
1).Add melted butter, brown sugar, sugar, baking powder , salt and vanilla in to a bowl . Mix it. Add flour and chocolate chips.  

2).Transfer the mixture into a cup  (microwaveable) and microwave for 60 seconds. Our chocolate chip cookie is ready
You can serve this with ice cream, chocolate syrup.

MINI MILK COOKIES

Ingredients  butter 1tbsp powder sugar 2tbsp vanilla 1/2tsp corn flour 1/4cup  all purpose flour 2tbsp milk powder 2tbsp baking powder 1/4tsp.  milk 1-2tsp.  1). In a bowl, mix butter and powder sugar until it becomes fluffy like a cream. Now add corn flour, flour, milk powder and baking powder to the butter and sugar mixture . Mix it well. 2). Add vanilla and milk . Mix it well. Make dough. Make mini balls. Brush oil in a baking tray and keep the mini balls on the tray.  3). Bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 20-30 minutes.  Now our mini milk cookies are ready. You can serve . Enjoy!🍪🍪 See you in my next post , good bye !👋👋

 Surprise your guests from these tasty treats🍡🍪🎄🎅🎆 ! PEANUT BUTTER SNOW BALLS Ingredients 1cup sugar 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 3tbsp of butter, softened Melted white chocolate Sprinkles 1). In a bowl, combine the sugar, peanut butter and butter. Chill in freezer for 30 minutes or until the mixture is easy to handle. Shape into 1-in. balls and place on a waxed paper-lined baking sheet.
