MUG CAKE 🍵



Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 teaspoon oil 
  • 1 small egg
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips 

Instructions

1). In a microwaveable mug mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt with a fork.

2). Add in the milk, oil, egg & chocolate chips and whisk until you have a smooth cake batter.

3). Microwave your cake for roughly 45 seconds to 1 minute or until the cake has risen and is firm to the touch. Take care not to overcook as it will toughen the cake.

Serve with a little fudge frosting, whipped cream or ice-cream, some sprinkles, and enjoy!🍵

MINI MILK COOKIES

Ingredients  butter 1tbsp powder sugar 2tbsp vanilla 1/2tsp corn flour 1/4cup  all purpose flour 2tbsp milk powder 2tbsp baking powder 1/4tsp.  milk 1-2tsp.  1). In a bowl, mix butter and powder sugar until it becomes fluffy like a cream. Now add corn flour, flour, milk powder and baking powder to the butter and sugar mixture . Mix it well. 2). Add vanilla and milk . Mix it well. Make dough. Make mini balls. Brush oil in a baking tray and keep the mini balls on the tray.  3). Bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 20-30 minutes.  Now our mini milk cookies are ready. You can serve . Enjoy!🍪🍪 See you in my next post , good bye !👋👋

Italian Hot Chocolate Recipe

 Ingredients 2 tbsp of cocoa powder 3 tbsp of granulated sugar 1 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp of milk  1 tbsp of cornstarch 1/2 tsp of vanilla 1/2 cup of dark chocolate(chopped) Method 1). Sift  the cocoa powder into a small bowl . Add sugar and whisk it to combine. In another small bowl , mix the one  tbsp of milk with cornstarch and stir to combine.  2). Place a pot on the stove and heat it up to high. Pour the remaining 1 1/2 cups of milk and reduce the heat once it starts to boil. Pour the cornstarch and the cocoa mixtures. Stir to combine. 3). Add the vanilla extract and the dark chopped chocolate. Stir for 2-3 minutes on low heat.  4). Turn off the heat and wait until it cools before pouring the thick hot chocolate in your favorite mug🍫🍵. You can serve with marshmallows 😋. Enjoy!
