TURKISH MILK PUDDING


 INGREDIENTS

Fresh milk 750ml

butter 75g                                                 

sugar 70g

corn flour 1tbsp

water175ml

METHOD

Heat the fresh milk and add butter, sugar to it. Stir while cooking. Make a mixture of corn flour and water and add to the milk. Stir while cooking. Cook for few minutes. Then pour it to a mold and keep in the refrigerator until it sets.

The next step is to make the caramel.

Heat 5tbsp of sugar. After few minutes of heating (when caramelizing) use low flame then, add a mixture of corn flour (1tbsp) and water (175ml). Stir while cooking until it becomes thick syrups. Cook until it becomes like a jam. Keep aside. 


When the pudding is settled pour the caramel on top of the pudding and serve.
