3 INGREDIENTS LOCKDOWN CAKE

 

Ingredients

  • Sandwich biscuits any 200gm
  • Fresh milk 1 cup
  • Baking powder 1tsp
1). In a bowl, blend the biscuits and milk until it becomes smooth like batter.  Add baking powder to the batter now. Keep aside.  




2). Brush oil in a mould. Better to use a 6 inch mould. Place a baking paper into the mould. Pour the batter into the mould. 

3). Bake in a preheated oven at 180c for 20 - 30 mins or heat a pan for 5 mins on medium flame.  Place a stand and keep the mould . Cook it on medium flame for 20 - 30 mins. 

4). Insert  a toothpick and check the cake. If the toothpick comes out clean, the cake is ready. Enjoy!
